Sweet corn, Mmm! Corn is corn until you've tasted homegrown - from the garden to the table in just minutes. Our patch had some fungus here and there, but we were still able to pick enough for several meals and process many bags for the freezer.
What I found encouraging about the processing was Larry's help. Growing up on the farm, it was woman's work, and hard work from beginning to end. We both enjoyed doing it together, and there is a particular joy inside when you planted the seeds and raised it organically.

The corn is ready to pick, the rhubarb is doing great, and the orchard is unbelievable!
